| June 2008 | Construction of the Polaris West office completed. Close to 5000sf technologically advanced state-of-the-art-facility. The facility has Neurology/ Sleep clinic section and sleep lab section. Deluxe patient suites with individual temperature control and private bathrooms with showers. |
| January 17, 2008 | Lease/purchase executed with Ventureast Ohio Inc for Polaris West office. About 6 weeks ago, the deal between Powell building failed. |
| October 22, 2007 | University Sleep Medicine LLC incorporated as solo practice. |
| January 25, 2007 | Design of the University Sleep Medicine Clinic & Lab finalized (Architect, Brown & Bills). The proposed location was 484 County Line Rd West, Westerville, Oh. The plan for the space office and partnership with Dr.Hanyak failed 8 months |
| January 22, 2007 | The first logo designed. I love it. |
| January 11, 2007 | The first meeting to establish University Sleep Medicine LLC with Dr. Hanyak and other partners took place. |
| December 17, 2007 | Purchased Praxis electronic medical record to be used in the clinic and sleep lab.
